Within Kuwait

• A fixed delivery charge of 3 KWD per order applies to all orders within Kuwait.

Outside Kuwait

International delivery charges are based on the number of items in your order:

• 1–2 items: 15 KWD

• 3 items: 20 KWD

• More than 3 items: 25 KWD

International delivery availability and charges may vary depending on the destination. Please contact us to confirm delivery to your location before placing your order.

2. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within Kuwait by the next working day, wherever possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on order confirmation, product availability, destination and public holidays. International delivery times depend on the destination and shipping arrangements.

3. Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance and confirmation of the applicable conditions.

Items must meet VIA's return and exchange requirements. Please contact us before sending any item back.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item so we can review the issue and assist you.
